Why are most of your designs sold out?

Great question! We drop a new item on the 1st of every month. Our monthly drops are limited and are only available to pre-order for about 2 weeks. We need to hit at least 20 pre-orders to drop the item. If we don't hit at least 20 pre-orders, your card won't get charged, and you go about your day like nothing happened. So if you really want an item, share it with your friends so we can hit the 20 pre-orders and release it! Your card WILL NOT get charged UNTIL we hit the pre-order limit. We don't print the same design twice. We MAY re-release it in the future, but typically don't.

We do have bonus stock always available on our "products" page. Once those sell out, they're all gone! 

 

What is "Bonus Stock"?

Bonus stock is listed in our "Tings" page and is essentially a customer's last chance at possibly grabbing a piece they may have missed for any reason. Bonus stock is not always available, but if/when we have it, it's normally released within 1-2 weeks after the original item starts shipping to customers within it's original shipping dates posted in the product description. 

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For PRE-ORDERED items. See the START shipping date or ETA window in the product details on the website so that you are not in the dark about the shipping process. (go back to the item that you ordered, and read the description for shipping info).

A Tracking email will be sent automatically to the email address entered when your order is ready to rock!

International orders can take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the U.S., but please do not worry as the order is still on its way and we beg of your patience.

 

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via UPS/FedEx ground. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

 

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order.  If you'd like to get an idea of shipping, simply add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. 

*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. Again, remember that orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

For washing, the best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold in separates. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

 

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our limited edition collection of shirts, tanks, and hoodies are 100% hand printed here in the United States. Most of the shirts use water-based inks that blends into that fabric in order to get a forever lasting shirt. Other none limited edition collection designs are screen printed first, and then machine pressed to finalize.

 

Do you print your shirts locally?

Yes, we print everything locally.

 

What is your return policy?

Unworn product can be returned/exchanged within 15 business days of delivery for store credit. Upon initial contact you have 7 business days to complete the requested return/exchange process. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase if available. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.  Please contact us before sending any product back.
